Q. How does a bureau work? Is there a charge for your service?

A. If you are planning an event or conference and need speakers or entertainment, you can contact us and we can either provide you with suggestions or put you in touch with the specific speaker you're interested in. We work closely with speakers around the world. There is no charge to you for our services -- similar to a travel agent, we are paid by the speaker.

Q. Who are some of the speakers you represent?

A. We specialize in representing high profile speakers considered experts in their fields. For a list and brief description of a selection of the speakers we represent, please use our Speaker Search to the right and click "View all Speakers" for a complete listing. 

** Please note that the speakers featured on the website represents only a selection of speakers we have access to. We work exclusively with approximately 100 speakers, but have access to thousands of speakers. Let us be your resource to source out the perfect speaker for your next event. If there is a speaker you don't see on the website, contact us and we will be happy to source them out for you.

Q. Can you give me suggestions for a speaker?

A. Yes! If you are planning a conference on a particular subject and want ideas, let us use our experience and expertise to give you those ideas. Our database includes speakers from North America and around the world. For a list of speakers by general topic, go to our Topic list. You can browse through our entire speaker list alphabetically, by name, or by topic.

Q. What is the average cost for a speaker?

A. In the US, speaker fees range $5,000 to $125,000.00 (US) plus all expenses (travel, accommodations, etc). These fees are generally for keynote presentations. We work with you and within your budget to chose the most appropriate, suitable speaker to meet your needs.

Q. What if I'm interested in a speaker and I don't see him or her on your website?

A. We have national and international speaker access. We are tied to a worldwide network of speakers and bureaus with an excess of 1,000 speakers. If you're looking for a speaker who isn't on our site or in our database, we'll help you find them.
