Kielburgers Host National Me to We Day

October 11, 2008

Canada's youth are gearing up for a day of empowerment with brothers Craig and Marc Kielburger at this year's second national Me to We Day on October 17. The event, inspired by the brothers' New York Times best-selling book, Me to We, aims at motivating youth-led global change by teaching teens that one person really can make a difference. Kielburger brothersCraig Kielburger is the founder of the unique youth-driven charity, "Free the Children," which he started in 1995 when he was just 12 years old. His brother, Marc Kielburger, later joined the charity to become chief executive director. Together, with Free the Children, they have travelled to more than 50 countries, helped build 500 schools and been recognized with several prestigious awards.

Again this year, NSB is proudly the lead Communications Partner for the program. Last year, NSB came on board as sponsor of the Kielburgers' first national Me to We Day.
