Seamus O'Regan joins Geoff Green and Student's on Ice

CTV's Canada AM host Seamus O'Regan recently returned from a one-of-a-kind trip to Antarctica with adventurer - and GSA Speaker - Geoff Green and his award-winning program "Students on Ice."

The expedition, led by Green, took dozens of university students, their instructors and O'Regan from the tip of South America to Antarctica for an intense two-week course on the frozen continent.

The popular TV host took in lessons, the scenery and even a bout of seasickness, and used Skype and daily blogs to share his experience aboard the USHUAIA.

Green is the founder of the unique Students on Ice program, and has taken more than 600 students to the seventh continent since 1999.
