Singer-songwriter, activist and model, Chantal Kreviazuk helped close the Paralympic Winter Games in Whistler in March performing her new hit song, Today.

Kreviazuk also showed her love for the planet in March by performing a free Earth Hour event in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

"We only have one planet and I want my children to enjoy all the beauty and nature this world has to offer," says Kreviazuk."My wish for the Earth is for every person to take positive action for the planet in their everyday life and make the environment healthier for our children and their children."
