Leadership in Complexity (Workshop)
This session introduces participants to concepts that enable effective leadership in complex organizations and situations. However, aside from promoting great teams and encouraging collaboration, there seem to be few available analytic tools consistent with the emergent nature of complex human systems. This workshop provides a practical introduction to complexity theory, demonstrates specific tools that can be used in participants’ workplaces, and introduces a new, theoretical frame for organizational analysis, change, and transformation.
