Terry's had the rare honor of being chosen to deliver the keynote talks at the RCMP Officer of the Year Awards Ceremonies and classified conferences of the Criminal Intelligence Service of Alberta and Criminal Intelligence Service of Ontario.

He served for 10 years as Contributing Editor at Saturday Night magazine and is the author several books, including his latest book Murder Without Borders: Dying For The Story In The World's Most Dangerous Places, the critically acclaimed Paper Fan: The Hunt for Triad Gangster Steven Wong, and the international bestseller, The Lifestyle.
