With an extensive background in diverse industries,  Gregg has spoken on hundreds of stages and engaged thousands of individuals in some of the world’s leading organizations – at Fortune 500 companies, governments, and humanitarian organizations worldwide, equipping them with the courage and practical tools to dive fearlessly into the never-ending waves of change. 

Using practical, real world examples, Gregg’s keynotes combine organizational psychology, change management and business insights – with a healthy dose of relatable humour – to help you create the best future of work for you and your team.

An award winner in the fields of leadership and change, Gregg has been helping leaders and teams seize opportunities, create positive change and elevate their effectiveness in the workplace for over 30 years. 

Gregg was part of the ground breaking team that opened the first wave of Starbucks stores in Canada. With a strong interest in social change, he then worked with one of the most challenging–and rewarding groups—inmates in federal penitentiaries and subsequently social change organizations in the community.  Since those early days, he has focused his work in  private sector, government  and organizations that create change that matters.

Gregg has shared his expertise in numerous publications including Forbes, Newsweek, Rolling Stone, Entrepreneur, CTV’s The Social and Global News. Gregg holds a Master`s of Social Science Degree from the University of Leicester in the UK, with a focus on organizational psychology, leadership and performance and is an Associate Member of the American Psychological Association.

To give back, Gregg mentors novice entrepreneurs with the CGLCC, the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce, as well as veterans   and ex-military entrepreneurs with the Prince’s Trust Canada as he believes small businesses and entrepreneurs build community and create opportunities for people to express their creativity in the world.
